Kowloon Restaurant uses Bravo's full service e-commerce solution with in-store order fulfillment screen for delivery drivers and kitchen staff. The system accepts online orders with credit card payment and delivery option or in-store pickup. It includes all the standard buying features one would expect, including options for driver tip and a delivery fee. Connected to authorize.net and internet merchant, we host this on our securely encrypted server. The system has increased profits significantly and improved Kowloon's ordering processing by making it more efficient and streamlined. Bravo Web also photographed all the menus items over a period of about 3 days. It's just too bad we couldn't eat it all!
